Low Season:
 

• Full refund if you cancel your reservation up to 31days before your scheduled arrival.
   
• 80% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 30days before your scheduled arrival.
   
• 50% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 15 days before your scheduled arrival.
   
• No refund will be affected for cancellations beyond the aforementioned time limits.
   
• 15% non-refundable.
   
• In case of No show the down payment/full payment shall be automatically forfeited.
  
  High and Peak seasons:
   
• No full refund during peak season.
   
• 20% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 75 days before your scheduled arrival.
   
• 15% non-refundable
   
• No refund will be affected for cancellations beyond the aforementioned Time limits.
   
• In case of No show the down payment/full payment shall be automatically forfeited.
